I am a counseling psychologist and assistant professor at the University of Louisville who focuses on the intersections of mental, relational, and physical health and health equity. Salient roles in my life include being a licensed psychologist, guider, teacher, researcher, partner, parent, sibling, daughter, friend, and pet owner.
